Introduction to Meditation

By now everyone has heard that meditation has countless benefits, both for a healthy body and a healthy mind.  But it seems so complicated and it takes too much time in our busy world, so how could you ever do it?  

Join me as we learn how simple meditation really is and how you don't have to have much time at all to realize its benefits.  We will learn techniques to quiet "monkey mind" and be fully engaged in meditation.  

Of course we will start the session with a meditation and then get right into the nitty gritty of exactly what meditation is, discuss its many benefits, and learn about numerous types of meditations so that you can leave feeling confident in your abilities and have one or more chosen favorites to begin implementing right away.  

This class is intended for those individuals ages 13 and older.
